Case Study #1…
A Satisfied Customer

::Challenge::
One of our regular customers, a supplier of castings to the aircraft industry, was in a jam.  They needed a number of castings to be machined overnight to avoid a shutdown on a jet engine assembly line.  In fact, they needed 40 pieces of the casting for each engine assembly.  They were hoping that we could machine at least 120 pieces in two days.

::Solution::
Working around the clock, we were able to machine twice the number of pieces the customer needed in the time frame they gave us.  Our customer got the parts they needed, and their customer avoided an expensive shutdown.

Case Study #2…
We can fix that.

::Challenge::
Several years ago, we were visiting a customer who was assembling military robots using our parts.  Our customer’s client was on site to observe the assembly.  Unfortunately, where was a problem with some of the parts another vendor had made, presenting a difficult situation for our customer.

::Solution::
Even thought we hadn’t made the parts, we saw that they could be fixed.  Knowing that time was critical and that our shop was nearby, we volunteered to take the parts back to our facility and fix them, at no cost to our customer.  One hour later, the parts were back, ready to be assembled.

The visiting client asked us why we would fix parts that we didn’t make.  We told them the answer was simple.  The assembly was important to our customer, and that meant it was important to us.

This is how we do business.  No excuses, just results.  Contact us to see how we can help create solutions for you!
